here are 2 questions I have:
1. can we enjoy the dannon lite and fit Carb Control yogurts and yogurt smoothies. It seems to have a good dietary profile for phase one: 60 calories./2.5gram fat/4 gram carbs?
Its not on the approved list.
2. can we swap foods that have the same, if not better dietary profiles as those on the approved list. for example, I'm not a big fan of ricotta cheese, but I've found a low fat cream cheese with a similar profile to the ricotta cheese used in the SBD recipes. Intuitively, you would think as long as the parameters are the same it would be equivalent, but I'm not sure. (Also I don't any form of cheese, so I need alternative ideas for between meal snacks.

Non-fat plain yogurt is the BEST choice.
