Ribs bad?

Here's my menu for the day. My question is if the ribs were a bad thing to eat. There was a light coating of BBQ sauce on them.
Also, just to let y'all know, I had the SBD Turkey and Bacon Wrap from Kraft and I thought that it tasted great. It wasn't a great deal of food for a lunch, but I was satisfied. The small sugar-free jello cup was a nice part of the meal.
B-Fried Egg (used Pam), 2 Morningstar sausage patties, All Bran Cereal w/FF milk
S-Orange
L-SBD Turkey Bacon Wrap, Mini-can of diet pepsi
S-Apple, Slice of FF American cheese
D-3 small BBQ ribs, Small portion of beans in broth? (not sure how to describe it - like a stew), Salad, 5 small celery sticks w/hummus
S-Cup of choc milk, Sugar-free creamsicle (Is this ok to have? They came in a sugar-free popsicle variety pack.)
Thanks in advance. :)

Ribs are not a best choice for meat.
Hi Wes, was your chocolate milk sugar-free?
Forgot to clarify, yes I made the SBD chocolate milk - I have that everyday. My day was a little bit low on the veggies since it's difficult to find a place that makes salad around work, but I'll be bringing in a salad for lunch tomorrow.
I don't have ribs often at all and I hope I didn't do too much damage! I will be going to work out today so I'll work it off. :) Hope everyone is having a good day!
I'm sure you didn't do too much damage with the ribs that one time!
Happy to hear that. Today I ran on the treadmill for 30 mins. Brisk walk for 5 mins, ran quickly (6.5 speed) for 10 mins, brisk walk again for 5 mins, another 5 mins of 6.5 spd running, and then a cool down. I'm trying to increase my speed - makes me feel like I'm accomplishing more. Then, I did some lunges with 8 lb weights, bicep (15 lbs) and tricep curls (10 lbs), and shoulder lifts ( don't know the real name, but I think it works - 10 lbs). Planning on doing some crunches before I head to bed.
Decided to add my menu for the day:
B-2 hard-boiled egg, 2 Morningstar sausage patties, cup of sbd choc milk
S-Orange, small can (8 oz.) of Diet Pepsi
L-Tuna on a pita, small Diet Pepsi
S-2 Turkey roll-ups with mozz cheese, Apple
D-Grilled Chicken salad w/green beans and broccoli
S-NF plain yogurt w/Splenda and 2 sliced strawberries (will be my 1st time trying the plain yogurt thing)
On my 4th week of P2, this SBD thing is definately becoming a lifestyle instead of a diet!
You're doing great, Wes!
Thanks! It's true I have trouble with distributing my veg intake thoughout the day, but I believe I eat enough at dinner. Well I hope I do anyway. The yogurt I have to get used to, I put Splenda, strawberries, and cinnimon. I'm going to try another combo with vanilla extract I bought. How much Splenda do you put in the yogurt? I had to put 2 packets, is that too much?
Here's today's menu:
B-2 scrambled eggs, 2 Morningstar Farms sausage patties (sooo good!), All-Brain w/FF milk and Splenda
S-Apple, Baby Bell cheese
L-Steamed Chicken w/Broc, Steamed mixed veg.
S-Orange, 8 oz. can of diet pepsi (great way to lower amount of soda one drinks)
D-? (Most likely a chicken salad, steamed green beans and broc. Might try the SBD "mashed potatoes" with cauliflower.)
S-SF Fudgesicle or maybe another yogurt
Now that I think about it, would it be a bad thing if I wanted cereal as may after dinner snack?
:) Thanks for your help!
Wes, your menu looks great!!
