how to move to p2

I move to Phase 2 in a couple of days. I wanted some advice on how to do this successfully w/o going overboard. I still have cravings, but less intense. I am a donut, cookie, cake, pie junkie so I am a little nervous.
I was thinking of incorporating whole grain bread, yogurt, and some fruit.
I may stay on Phase 1 for a third week though. I have lost 4 pounds and I don't think my cravings are completely under control.
Any advice?????
