Hi Gals:
Didn't see any check-in so I'm starting one now.
Weight in today and I maintained was hoping to say goodbye to the 150's but then again theres next week
My menu today is:
B=bacon bits on Peanutbutter & celery sticks 1/2 c milk for te
S=v8
L-=l/f Hot Dog Coins on a bed of wax beans
S=V8
D=salad with f.v. swordfish fillet with peas & carrots,peppers, onions wrapped in a foil and baked.
Dessert=Peach in a EggWhite Wrap

Got in another hour of my fitness program today, and am feeling the effects from it this evening...legs are sore! This week I'm adding an extra 2 minutes to each machine I exercise on, then next week add another 2 minutes to that. Getting things ready for our trip to Florida for step-daughter's wedding in 1 week. Now that DH is recuperating from rotater cuff surgery, we both need this vacation. Gonna come home via the Blue Ridge Parkway to extend the vacation and get to take some awesome pictures!
Today's menu:
B-Cold cereal (Cheerios & Uncle Sam)w/1 cup 1% milk/ 2 turkey bacon/ww toast/water/coffee
S- yogurt
L-Chicken salad (made with pecans & red grapes) in a ww tortilla wrap/diet Sunkist
S- ? I don't think I had any
D-6 oz. grilled sirloin/green beans/side salad/8 oz. 1% milk
S-cut up veggies (to get in my 4½ cups of veggies)
water..water..water

You eat so healthy...I am jealous. I probably eat all the wrong things. Have you incorporated exercise into your program? I am about your weight (at 5'0) and am thinking of starting walking. Perhaps this will help speed up your weight loss.

EXERCISE IS THE KEY~~ at least it is to me.I walk along the beachs everyday when the weather is co-operating,but if it not I rely on my WATP's tapes,bike or stepper.Hugs Maryann
