Stalling 1st week, is it normal?

Okay this is my first week on Phase 2 and I have added 1 grain and 1 fruit per day back into my diet. I have always had a carb competitor with it...for example, peanut butter with my apple and turkey bacon with my cereal. For my bread(1 slice), I had egg or meat and cheese. Is it normal to have a stall or even a 1 pt. gain back(lost 10 lbs in the first two weeks)? Any advice would be great. I'm not giving up b/c I am back in my size 12 for the first time in over 2 years!!
