I'm hungry! And I am tired of cooking! Nothing sounds good to me, which is probably a good sign, but I'm afraid it may lead to my getting discouraged. I'm really feeling limited and bored. I just started Phase 2 and have gained back 3 of the 6.5 pounds I lost. I am only having 1 starch and 1 fruit per day. I am completely at a loss of what to eat for lunch today, much less dinner tonight! I really don't want to fall off the wagon, but I am feeling kind of tired of everything. I feel like I'm getting depressed. Help!

From reading your first post my guess would be that you are not eating enough. You might want to post a full days menu of everything you ate for us to look at. There is most likely something there that is causing you to regain the weight. Don't give up hope. I am sure that the CL's can get you going on the right track. Also stay away from those hot dogs you asked about earlier. Those are not something you want to eat right now if you aren't losing like you should.

(((HUGS))) to you and hang in there.

EAT!! Find something really SB friendly and eat it if you are hungry! I posted to you in antoher thread too - but it really sounds to me like you aren't eating enough. If you are hungry and not eating enough your body can go into "starvation mode" and slow down your metabolism and hang on to every calorie. My biggest stall I had was when I upped my workouts but not my calorie intake, and I stopped losing for awhile (and I was starving ALL the time!) Once I started eating MORE, I started losing more! So don't let yourself go hungry - it won't help you lose more, may actually hinder your loss...plus will make you want to binge on something bad.
Check out the recipe section and find somthing that sounds new and interesting and make it! Have you tried some of the soups? They are great for lunch with a half sandwhich and a salad. Or maybe throw something in the crock pot for dinner? I tried a new recipe last night that was good and EASY - it was on the back of the Kraft Parmesan Cheese bottle - 1/4 cup parmensan cheese, 1 pakcet Good Season dressing, 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix it up, dredge chicken in it, put on cookie sheet and bake at 400 til done. Super easy, my kids like it, and leftovers will be good on salad today!
Or how about broiling some fish? Its my favorite "I don't feel like cooking" dinner, I just take some salmon, season w/salt and pepper, add a little smart balance and a lemon or lime slice on top and broil it. I throw some asparagus on a cookie sheet w/olive oil, salt and pepper and roast it. Done. Dinner with about 5 min prep, 15 min cooking!

Hang in there!

For breakfast I had a yogurt and a piece of string cheese. My morning snack was a mini bagel with 2 T. peanut butter. Isn't that enough food? I felt like I might have even been pushing it.

I don't think you're eating enough.

The yogurt was Lite 85, and the mini bagel was Pepperidge Farm 100% whole wheat from the bread list.

For lunch I had two scrambled eggs with cheese and a salad and some FF/SF pudding. I have already eaten my afternoon snack of 12 cherries. I feel pretty satisfied right now. Not sure what I'll have for dinner.

The protein at lunchtime probably helped

I usually get desperate right around 4:00 in the afternoon. What I've done lately is to fix myself a really great treat: sf, ff, plain yogurt (1 cup) mixed with a splash of vanilla, two packets of splenda, and a spoon of sugar free jam. I add a tablespoon of whipped cream and sprinkle almonds on it. YUM! It's so much better than the yogurts I used to eat - it's almost like a sundae. Sometimes I sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on it, too, when I really feel like splurging. This really gets me through those cravings I get in the late afternoon. And I think that the fact that it takes a little time to prepare it makes it more satisfying, instead of just tearing open a package. Good luck!
