Hope everyone is having a great day! I can't believe it's this late in the day, and there's no check-in yet (unless I've managed to miss it). Here's my plan . . .
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - none, wasn't hungry (that never used to happen!)
L - big veggie salad with grilled chicken, feta, garbanzo beans, BV dressing
S - FF plain yogurt
D - not a clue, but something simple - my cook (DH :>) isn't feeling well
S - SBD PB cup

Hi Nora :) Thanks for starting the thread. I was very very busy today that I didn't have a chance to lurk or post until now.
Glad its the weekend and I'm going to relax as we're going to have a big No'easter again the whole weekend((((((YIKES!!!!))))))
My menu today is:
B-sausage apple whell spoke breakfast milk for tea
s-mozz cheese
L-BLT CLUB SAND.
s-1c yogurt
D-Black Bean Salad with WW pizza
Dessert- Berries.

Hello everyone! Boy what a day, I just finished doing laundry and cleaning. It looks like the cleaning lady came to my house!! Feels good once it's done.

D: Not sure-- going out to a pizza place and I'll probably have a salad

Hi all, TGIF! I am soooo glad its Friday! I'm tired today - its been a long week! But tomorrow we are going over to San Diego (about 2 hr drive for us) for the day and going to the beach. Little worried about the food situation, but we are going to eat breakfast at home, pack snacks for the car, pack a picnic lunch for the beach, and then go out to dinner before heading home. SO hopefully it will go fine! Its the first time I have been out of town for even a day since starting SB...so I'm nervous!
Today was weigh in and I am down 1lb this week...earlier in the week I was down 2 lbs (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed I was 147) but today was 148 - but it is TOM, so I am sure that's why. Still, 1lb is 1lb! And especially good to be down at all at TOM instead of up! So I'll take it! :-)
Today:
breakfast - Kashi Go Lean w/milk and banana
snack - soy milk shake, string cheese
lunch - leftover paremesan chicken, big salad, brown rice
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - grilled steak, grilled cauliflower, sweet pototo fries
desert - fugscicle
