We enjoy rolled sandwiches in Lavash bread. Given the following nutrition info, how does this fit into P2? I know that the fiber amt. is lower than the recommended 3g/30g, but other than that, how do you think it looks? TIA for any (and all) input.

Ingredients: wheat flour, salt, water, yeast, vegetable shortening, cacium propionate added to retard spoilage.
