Should I add another starch/fruit?

I am on day 7 of Phase 2 and so far I have only added 1 starch and 1 fruit. I am up 2.5 pounds from what I lost in Phase 1. I thought by the end of a whole week on Phase 2 I would have lost this by now. I really want to add another fruit and starch, but I am afraid if I do I won't lose the 2.5 pounds or even gain more! What should I do?

Don't worry, many of us experience a stall when starting Phase 2. There are a couple of things I can think of.

I agree with Karen, I stalled the first week of Phase 2 somewhat, and was afraid to add in more starches!
However, you need those good fruits and Starches, to help aid in the weight loss!
Your body needs them and they taste so good.
I'd say if you arent having any cravings then go for adding another fruit (with a Carb Competitor)
and even a starch!

However, dont hold me to the starch, I'm still having a hard time myself with adding more than 1 of these a day myself.
