What a horrible wet icky day in Boston this is. Really wanted to stay in bed all day. Perfect day for it.

How is everyone doing this week?  I am doing fairly well. Down to 218.2 so that makes me happy. Finally broke the 20 pound mark. I think that TOM is coming, so not expecting much this week, if any. Oh well, I am sure it will all come back off.

Here is my day -

B - SB Cereal, Glass of Milk, SF FF Vanilla Yogurt

S - Cashews

L - Out, so probably a  Ceasar Salad with Grilled Salmon

S - Banana with cheese

D - Grilled Salmon (different than lunch and love salmon), roasted broccoli and sweet potato fries

De - Berries with FF Redi Whip.

Have a great day everyone!!!

Good morning! I'm feeling a little bummed today, because my weight just doesn't seem to want to budge. I'm at the same weight I was at 12 years ago when I started WW, and I'm thinking this might be one of my natural set points that is going to require a big jolt to break through. At least the scale isn't going up, so I'll try to look at the bright side.

B - 1/3 C SBD cereal, 2 Tbsp cream cheese (I know, odd, but I forgot to make my smoothie this morning)
S - rest of the serving of the SBD cereal
L - big salad with crabmeat and BV dressing
S - celery w/peanut butter
D - grilled chicken, roasted brocolli, SBD friendly coleslaw (Splenda instead of sugar)
S - fruit smoothie

Hi Everyone!

I am just now eating for the first time today-- I've been running around crazy. Bad, I know.

B: None
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: WW burrito (FF refried beans, LF cheese, salsa, avacado, and a dab of sour cream), tomato and spaghetti squash casserole, pear slices, yogurt
S: Apple with pb, V-8
D: Sauteed shrimp, more tomato and spaghetti squash casserole, salad
Dessert: SF/FF pudding (might branch out and try a new flavor besides chocolate!)

Exercise: None yet, but I'm hoping to go to the gym tonight for the first time this week (been sick). I'm hoping to do 30 minutes of cardio (eliptical/bike) and 30 minutes of weight training (abs, biceps, back, chest).

Have a great day, Everyone!

MaryAnn,

The rain is really starting to get to me. We are supposed to have a BBQ on Saturday too. I have hope that we can at least cook outside and eat inside. I have some new recipes that I want to try out, so hoping this works.

Thanks for the congrats. It has taken me a while to get it off, but at least it is gone. Right?
