Having a mircowavable Campbell's Vegetarian Savoy Lentil soup for lunch, along with a tuna salad. Wanted to know if the soup is ok. Here's the info:
Nutrition Info: Cal 140, Fat Cal .5g, Carb 26g, Fiber 6g, Sugars 5g, Protein 8g
Ing: Water, Lentils, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Celery, Carrots (I avoid the bigger chunks), Modified Wheat Starch...the rest of the ingredients the soups contains less than 2% of. I can include more ingredients if needed.

Forgot to say that the nutrition info is for one cup and the campbell's microwave cup contains 2 servings, but I'm only going to eat half of the cup anyway. I think the modified wheat starch is probably not good, but just double checking. I'm going to the gym today too, so any damage I've done I'll work it off! :)
This would be ok in phase 2.
