Is this okay? I was reading a past thread that recommended not eating low carb ice cream, but it seems like all of the sugar free stuff is also low carb. What do you think?

I haven't yet. Can you recommend some good brands to try? I have to admit, I'm not doing South Beach to lose weight; it's mostly to control my blood sugar since I'm hypoglycemic. But, I love it and I think it's the best thing out there! I'm also doing it to support my partner, who is trying to lose weight. So I want to make sure to have good stuff in the house for both of us.
Any good cold treat suggestions? Thanks!!

Yes Cathy I realized that. So I guess I have been a bit of a bad girl, hehehee. Oh well, its really my only splurge and yes it not affecting my weight, but I bet I would lose even more if I did not eat it. I would eventually like to get to 130 lbs, right now I am 133 and I have alot of muscle
