Happy Wednesday! I'm so tired today - was at my dd's dance studio til after 10pm last night for a group mom meeting about their final show this weekend. Luckily both kids have school today and their is nothing else going on, so it should be a more *normal* day (whatever that is!)
Breakfast - breakfast burrito
snack - string cheese, soy milk shake w/berries
lunch - leftover chicken, big salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - falafel on ww pita, roasted broccoli
desert - pudding



Hello all,
Back on the Beach this first day of June. September 1 is just 3 months away. My goal is 30 lbs...but would be so happy with even 24. I think that is pretty reasonable.
I have missed you all and am ready to go again.
B - 2 eggs, SBD cereal
s. Light and fit yogurt - cashews (chocolate covered - I AM SO BAD) ARGH!!!!
L - Salad, Salmon, peas, carrots, hummus, V8
s. banana, Cheese stick or carrots with LC Cheese
Dinner - probably some left over grilled chicken and veggies
Deseret - I think I have already had mine :(

Oh!! dear how sweet a dance recital. I'm going down to see my granddaughters at there ballet recital next Thursday.They're so cute at that age. Now that the kids are in school,take care of yourself,by having a nice quite relaxing bubble bath.You're doing so great weightwise, wish I could knock off that subborn 150 mark.How did you get your numbers to drop??????????
My menu today:
B-Warm Brownie 1/2 c1% milk for tea
S-2 V8's
L-B/L/T Club Salad
S-1c l/c yogurt
D-salad with f.v. slamon steak butternut squash & button mushrooms
Dessert- s/f fudgsicle pop

Here's my Phase 2 plan for the day:
Breakfast: yogurt with peanut butter and splenda, V-8
Snack: iced coffee with sf vanilla syrup
Lunch: chickpea salad with cucumber, tomatoes, feta and shrimp (was going to have this for breakfast, but I wasn't that hungry)
Snack: hummus and veggies
Dinner: grilled london broil, zucchinin and salad
Dessert: sf pudding
Not-so-wonderful-Wednesday here, unfortunately...I'm hating my job at the moment, and I'm still disappointed about not hitting the Powerball this weekend, lol. Ah well, tomorrow is another day...and tonight is another drawing ;-)
Menu-wise, I'm doing so-so today...
B: microwave scramble
MS: banana
L: Taco salad (not bad except for the shell)
AS: Either a SB bar or 4 oz of yogurt
D: Soup and veggies for me, ravioli for TG and the Munchkin

My birthday is tomorrow, and I went to lunch with some of my co-workers and had a delicious salad. I eat salad nearly every day for lunch, but this one was a nice change of pace.
B - oatmeal, fruit smoothie
S - cheese stick
L - warm mushrooms on baby spinach with red onions, grilled chicken and BV, water
S - 1 tbsp pb
D - crockpot unstuffed cabbage
S - sbd bp cup

Checking in late today... I've been gone all day and am just now catching my breath!
I'm still mostly P1-ing it until tomorrow due to my indulgent weekend. I did have a few blueberries this morning, but otherwise I'm P1. I can't wait to have some fruit tomorrow!!!
B: Handful of blueberries, handful of mixed nuts
S: Cheese stick, SF/FF iced vanilla latte
L: Chicken and broccoli salad, tomato and mozzerella with basil
S: V-8
D: 3 bean chili, salad with BV dressing, yogurt
