Well the first two "strict" weeks are over and neither of us feel like we are missing anything. My sister lost a total of 11 pounds in the 2 weeks and she does miss Skittles. The Sitter lost a total of 10 and is feeling great about the way things are starting to fit. I lost a total of 10.5 pounds and I am addicted, We are walking 5-6 times a week and really pushing each other to succeed. Now moving on is a hot topic at the house. I am afraid to move on to P2 I like losing, the sitter she has Yogurt and extras already in her diet so because she is breast feeding still. My sister is confident and has added fruit I am scared I just don't feel like I am missing anything that I can add. I miss chocolate but I like what is happening to my body to mess it up. How do you go about adding with out over doing it. A two egg omlette is so filling to me now that I can eat them every day and salad is good too, I never make the same one twice. I am totally lost at how to "add" anything in with out over doing it. Any advice for us?

You guys did GREAT on phase 1 - congrats! But don't be afraid of phase 2! First here are some links that might help...

This is about how to move into phase 2 gradually:

This about why you shouldn't stay on phase too long and why its very important to move on to phase 2:

My personal experience - I had 46 lbs to lose. I lost 8 on phase 1 - which was great. BUT I have lost 26lbs on phase 2! Phase 2 is called the "weight loss phase" for a reason!

You will do great!
