Good Morning! Today is my last day of doing nothing before the kids activities get out of control! Starting tomorrow there is something almost every day until school gets out! From Book Parties, field trips, graduations, Water Day, swim parties...and of course I am volunteering at all of them! Then the day after school gets out my dad is coming to visit. Yikes!
So today I am spending some extra time cooking and try a bunch of new recipes, I can't wait for dinner, its sounds SO good!

Breakfast - Kashi waffle, yogurt w/pb
snack - string cheese w/turkey
lunch - tuna salad wrap, big salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - Mojo Pork Roast, Grilled Sweet Potato and Scallion Salad, Jicama Slaw
desert - soy milk shake w/banana

Healthy Choice makes a low-fat sausage with about 3 g fat per 2oz. Not sure exactly what the guidline is? Less than 6g probably?

Here's a link:
http://www.healthychoice.com/eatwell/ew_product_detail.jsp?m=EatWell&s=Lunchmeats&t=Breakfast%20Meats&ProductId=1840&Product=Refrigerated%20Breakfast%20Sausage%20Links&ProductTypeId=51&IngredientId=16&RegionId=12&ProductCatId=7&ProductSubCatId=2

Also do you have any small butchers or meat shops? We have a great one that makes their own sausages and they offer quite a few chicken and turkey sausages made with only white meat. Expensive, but really yummy for a special weekend breakfast.

Can I get some feedback, starting P2 today.

B: Oatmeal w/ cinnamon
S: Turkey with 1 slice of bread/lettuce
L: Salad, lettuce, tomatoes, onion
S: smoothie-banana/blueberry, nonfat yogurt, soy milk
D: chicken with veggies and salad
S: low fat trisket crackers with 2 laughing cow cheese

Okay so did I overdo it or what? Too many grains and fruit right? Thanks

Great suggestions MichaelAnn! I usually breeze right by the pre-packaged meals section in the grocery store. I will stroll a bit slower past the Healthy Choice foods next time!!
