okay, i don't know what came over me, but i was completely off sbd for a week and put on 2 lbs. what do i do? do i go back and do two weeks on phase 1? i'm tired of up and down, etc. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes, it was a combination of many things. the holiday weekend and three major happenings over the past week -- two cookouts and one day out with friends i haven't seen in over a year.
also, i was feeling as though SBD just stopped working for me. i wasn't losing at all. i found i loved the "peanut butter cup" using two tbs peanutbutter and two sugar free fudgsicles and was having it every night and i think that just doesn't work for my system. i've stopped that. and it got to the point that i think i just gave up. but i don't want to. when i do this right, i do not have cravings and that's what this is all about. just eating meals and basically not being hungry.
so i want to be back on track and i am as of today.
