Since I couldn't find the ingredient info at their web-site, I requested it from the company. (Awesome response time BTW -- 2 requests, both answered within 24 hours.)
Anyway, here is what the mix contains: Wheat Gluten, Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Monoitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, May Contain Malted Barley Flour, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Wheat Protein Isolate (Contains Sulfites), Corn Starch, Food Starch-Modified, Wheat Bran, Canola or Soybean Oil, Cellulose, Salt, Emulsifier (Datem, Mono-Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Ethoxylated Mono-Diglycerides, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Contains Milk Derivatives, Caramel Color, Ascorbic Acid, Sucralose, Enzymes, L-Cysteine (Dough Conditioner); Yeast Packet Ingredients: Active Yeast, Ascorbic Acid
The serving size is 1/3 c mix (34g) (amt for 1/12 loaf), and has 140 calories, 7g fiber, 0g sugar
Even tho' it's not whole wheat flour, does the amt of fiber make it "legal"? I love the smell of baked bread in the house, and it's legal this might be a good treat.

Sorry,
