Hi Everyone! I hope you all are having a great Saturday! I'm heading to the gym and then I'm taking my girls swimming if it doesn't rain. DH will be back in town tomorrow. I miss him!!!
Here's what's planned for today...
B: 1 kashi waffle with SF syrup, scoop cottage cheese, strawberries
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Tuna salad on greens with tomato and cucumber with ranch dressing, SF/FF iced vanilla latte
S: Edamame, red bell pepper with hummus
D: Not sure... we might go out but I'll probably have a salad or chicken with vegetables.
Dessert: SF/FF pudding maybe with sliced banana
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio (bike/treadmill), weight training (biceps, back, chest, abs)

Hi Kim:) Thanks for starting the thread. I going to exercise this afternoon,as I didn't have tike this morning. Theres nothing going on this weekend so its back cleaning out my basement than taking a relaxing bath with a good book and that will be it.Went a little over board on Phase 2 yester so I handing for Phase 1.5(adding 1 fr & 1 grain)
my menu today:
B-l/f cream cheese with sliced strawberries & syrup rolled on a eggwhite/splenda wrap,1/2 c milk for tea
S=PB swirled in vanilla l/f yogurt
L=20 th Century Weiners
S=Fruit Parfait
D=Pepper steak with peppers,tomatoes and onions on 1/2 c Wild rice,salad on side.
Dessert=1 c s/f pudding

Hi all - hope everyone is having a great weekend! I was gone ALL day yesterday and didn't make it to the board. I chaparoned a field trip for ds's class in the morning, then was the backstage mom for my dd's dance recital dress rehersal all afternoon/evening. It was a LONG day. I had fun with the kids though, especially the little ones. I was in charge of 13 3-5 yr old girls backstage in a dressing room for 4 hours! I didn't end up having dinner til almost 9pm, but it still went okay. I resisted the chicken nuggets and fries the other mom's brought in for the girls dinner, so that was good!
Today we are just relaxing, tomorrow is the real show and I have to do it all over again (but this time do their hair/make-up too!)
Breakfast- Kashi cereal w/milk
snack - soy milk shake, string cheese
lunch - half tuna sandwhich, cauliflower, salad
snack - appple w/peanut butter
dinner - ?not sure yet?
desert - yogurt with berries
