Good morning everyone ~

It's finally a sunny day here in Colorful Colorado!  It's been raining (and hailing) since Friday - reminds me of growing up in California - when it rains it  just hangs around forever!  Went to another graduation party yesterday.  I managed to avoid the cake, but I did have a bite or 2 of the homemade cheeseball.  I'll be back on track today.  Here is the plan:

B- steel cut oats, milk, coffee

S- V8, cheese stick

L - tuna wrap & small salad

S- strawberries & almonds

D - bunless hamburger, roasted zuchini, mushroom, onions

S- pudding

Hope you all have a nice relaxing Sunday!

Andrea

Glad to year you're having a beautiful day in Colorado. Here in southeast Michigan it's HOT and HUMID -- early in the season for this type of day. Hopefully we'll have your weather in a few days (if the mountains and lakes in between don't totally mess with the patterns).

Today's going to be a no-snack day due to schedules, but here's the plan so far (totally subject to change at any time):

B:scrambled egg & bacon muffins, asparagus spears, coffee

L:yogurt w/almonds, almond extract and bit of splenda, V8, cheese stick

D:depends if it's at home with family or out after the opera w/ my mom, but probably either chicken with some veggies, or a salad of some sort

Evenings I usually have a sweet treat of some sort (unfortunately not always SB friendly but always small) and I may snack on some veggies
