Hi Tricia!

I've been wondering where you've been! I'm glad you're back! I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. What do you think is going on? Maybe we can help you out. I'm not sure how incorporating SBD and WW would work-- maybe someone else can help you there. I know lots of people who have had great success on SBD and lots of people who have done wonderfully on WW though. And I know you can be successful too! Hang in there and let us know how we can help!

Hi Everyone!

I've been running around like crazy today and haven't been eating much. I'm starving and luckily have not caved and eaten on-the-go food that's bad for me. Now I'm eating and I feel so much better!

B: Scoop cottage cheese, 1 kashi waffle with SF syrup, blueberries

S: SF/FF iced vanilla latte

L: None

S: None

D: Leftover pastaless vegetable lasagne, V-8, salad with BV dressing

S: Banana "shake", triscuit thins with cheese and tomato

Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding

Have a great rest of the day!

Hi Tricia! Glad to see you back! There were a couple people here who were doing both WW and SB together - but I can't remember who they were! Basically I believe they were counting points, but using foods from the SBD approved list.

Here are some past posts about SBD and WW -

SBD and Weight Watchers - Yes it Works:

Went to my first Weight Watchers meeting:

Anybody combine SBD and weight watchers?

Anyhow - I'm so late checking in! Ds had Water Day at school today (they wear their bathing suits and have all kinds of water activities - including a huge inflatable water slide and the fire truck comes and parks on the field and sprays the kids with the fire hose!) So I was at school all day supervising.

breakfast - Kashi Go Lean, banana, soy milk
snack - none
lunch - turkey chili, roasted cauliflower
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - pork roast, green beans, brown rice
desert - pudding
