hey everyone. im trying to do SB right. i have my Fiber One every morning, but im definitely consuming toooo much fat!! like today for instance i had 1/2 cup ff yogurt with a little peanut butter(less than 1 tbsp) and another half cup when i got home with more peanut butter(less than 1 tbsp) a whole bunch of cashews, and 2 tbsp of ff dressing with my salad this afternoon! i dont know what to have for dinner anymore and my snacks are always yogurt!! i love it, but because i always use pnb in it, i have to stop having sooooo much!! HELP!!

Hey Summerbum,

You know, you can legally have 2 Tablespoons of pb a day (natural is best). I love pb on apples! Unfortunately, pb can be a diet buster, and I think it is for me so I have to be careful there. But other snacks I love are: vegetables (red bell pepper or celery) or triscuits with hummus, Laughing Cow cheese on celery or triscuits, Triscuits with a dab of shredded mozzerella cheese and cherry tomato slices, turkey and cheese roll-ups, cottage cheese and berries, fruit slices with cheese as a carb competitor, banana "shakes" (banana, skim milk, SF flavored syrup, ice-- all blended)... there are lots of choices besides yogurt! But yogurt is a great choice too and if you feel that you're adding pb to it too often, why not try something different like yogurt with splenda and an extract like coconut or vanilla?

Just some thoughts... hope this helps some.

Kim is right about the nuts - 2 Tbs peanut butter is OK. Although you did overdo it a bit on the nuts, they don't fall into the fat category. Here are some suggestions based on
