a day or so early (been on SB for 13 days) I know I may gain a few pounds back from everything I've read SO I'm only going to weigh once a week for the first week or so just so I don't scare myself if I register a weight gain. Ok here is a sample of what I plan to eat tomorrow. Please let me know if everything is OK!
B 2 eggs, onions, green peppers, 1tsp salsa 2 slices of bacon 1 cup tea
S 15 almonds
L chicken salad with 1/2 of a 12 grain english muffin
S 1 tbs peanut butter 8oz milk
D chicken with cheese and onion on top V8 to drink and 15 grapes
Late Snack 8oz milk SBD peanut butter cup
Is that enough? Too much? should I add more or keep it as it is. I'm only adding in the 1 serving of carbs and the 1 serving of fruit. I also drink water constantly during the day.

(ps I know I probably need more veggies but since my illness the weekend it seems to turn my stomach just thinking of them ~ weird! and hopefully that will pass quickly)

Thank you so much for the info! I'll definitely switch out the almonds for cheese. I was thinking maybe 6 reduced fat wheat thins and a laughing cow cheese instead? That way I'll take the english muffin completely away ~ especially if it isn't legal. I don't want to sabatoge myself :-)
