Hi Everyone! I hope you're all having a great day! I took my measurements and I've lost 3 1/2" in my hips and 3" in my waist since starting SBD in February! Talk about a motivater since that scale seems to be stuck! My arms and legs are about the same, but I know I'm more muscular so that's fine with me. If you don't take your measurements, I highly recommend it! It tells more than that ***bleepity bleep*** scale does sometimes. :-)
Here's my menu for today...
B: Scoop of cottage cheese with vanilla extract and strawberries, V-8
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Tuna salad on greens and cucumber and tomato with ranch dressing, FF/SF iced vanilla latte
S: Banana "shake" with SF coconut syrup, Kraft SBD crackers with LF alouette cheese dip
D: Leftover Big Easy Scallops, asparagus, salad with BV dressing
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding
Exercise: 30 minutes power walking on treamill, weight training (triceps, shoulders, abs)

Good afternoon everyone! Today is our long day - straight from work to gymnastics and don't get home until close to 9 p.m., so we'll be doing fast food for dinner - Wendy's. Here's my plan for today . . .
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - egg casserole (a hefty snack, I know, but someone brought it to the office)
L - big salad with chicken and asian sesame dressing
S - either Triscuits or SBD pb cookies
D - Wendy's chili and side salad
S - ff sf butterscotch pudding w/whipped cream

Hi everyone!!
I'm back from my granddaughters ballet recital and had to battle the heat by keep cool in my DD's swimming pool.My SB plan worked pretty good.My DD fianlly has ww bread products in her home.She also watching the trans fats,and eat good carbs& good fats. Gee!! she's doing the South Beach Diet and doesn't even know it. Horrah for her and her family.
Big congrats to you Kim on your inches lost,your shrinking. Keep up the good work.
My Menu today:
B=High fiber cereal with peaches & 1% milk
S=v8
L=Veggie Burger on WW Eng Muffin, along with lettuce & tomato with l/c french dress
S=l/c smoothie
D=2 cold baby back ribs with cold baked beans(MichaelAnns Recipe)
Dessert=jello with f/f cool whip

Good day all you healthy lovely ladies... I hope everyone is having a GREAT day. It is pouring here in the beautiful state of Washington (surprise surprise)
B- Omlet with roasted red peppers and green onions 2 slices canadian bacon
S- sm banana with peanut butter
L- sm side salad with sun dried tomatoes and cheese, 1/2 tuna sandwich on ww sara lee bread
S- FF/SL yogurt smoothie with cranberry almond cereal bar SBD brand
D- sheppards poie with gr turkey and cauliflour subsitutes :-) that is yummy
Dessert- I will have some fruit of some kind.
