Are Subway wraps SBD ok? Planning on going there for a lil' lunch date and wanted a tuna wrap instead of the tuna salad (but I'll get the salad if the wrap is a no no).

Glad to hear I can have a wrap. Thanks for the info. I sure will make sure the fillings are SBD friendly. How many grain servings is one Atkins Friendly wrap??

The Atkins friendly wrap is 70g, so if my calculations are correct, that's 2.5 servings, right??

60g would be exactly 2 SBD grain servings.

Guess that means I'm done for the day (sounds like I might've went a bit over though) since I had a bowl of All Bran this morning. The wrap was quite satisfying. Going to the gym after work so I'll work off the 10g extra that I might have consumed. Thanks for all the imput.

Wes, though I rarely go to Subway, I do eat whole wheat wraps, Bran cereal, and various other grains each day.

Does anyone happen to know the nutrition facts for just the wrap at Subway? I checked the Subway website and I could very easily be missing something. I'm just curious. I was going to plug it into my fitday account.
