Max & Erma's Choices

I'm solidly in P2 now, and am going to Max & Erma's for dinner tomorrow (Thurs) eve.

I looked at their on-line nutrition info, and it's VERY limited compared to their extensive menu.

I'm thinking of getting the Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, which is comprised of:

Roasted tomatoes, Mozzarella, chargrilled chicken breast, fresh basil and tomato basil spread on grilled ciabatta bread, served with fresh baby greens drizzled with Balsamic Dressing.

I know to skip the ciabatta bread (even tho' it's soooo good). Would this be a good choice for P2, or should I keep searching for something more friendly?

Based strictly on the description that sounds like a good choice to me (minus the bread of course!)

Nancy, I agree, it sounds like a great choice - and delicious, too!

Sounds good to me also! Only thing is, I personally would have to have them bring it to the table without the bread. I just can't see myself taking the filling off that YUMMY ciabatta, and not eating it, no matter how dedicated I am.

Enjoy!

Michele,

I'll definitely order it without the bread -- I'd be toooooo tempted if the bread is there. :)
