Wonderful Wednesday Phase 2 Check-In!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today is dd's last day of preschool and they are having a pool party. I will be helping chaporone, and be in the pool since most of the kid don't really swim. So I will have to wear a bathing suit in front of people for the first time in like a year! I think I look pretty good in the one I have (its a kind of a tankini, with a bottom that has an attached skirt) but I am still self-conscience about it. Should be interesting!
Breakfast - Kashi waffle, yogurt
snack - none (at the pool)
lunch - tuna on flatbread, salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - Chicken Eggplant casserole, zucchini
desert - soymilk shake w/banana



Good morning! Today I'm off to the outlet malls with a friend. She's shopping for her Dh for father's day and she wants me to help her find some things. I absolutely LOVE fashion so my friends often enlist me for their shopping adventures to help out ~ not a problem LOL! I have to say I am LOVING phase 2. This is such an easy plan to follow. I was also down another lb this morning ~ I'm in SHOCK!
B 2 egg omelet (onions, peppers, ff cheese, 1tsp salsa) 2 pcs bacon
S 15 grapes (I'll be shopping :-) ff/sf iced vanilla latte
L chicken salad 6 wheat thins
S 15 almonds
D pulled pork fajitas (without the tortilla for me) not sure what else
and 2 cups of tea somewhere in there. Today is also the day I take measurements. I've been on SBD 14 days. My waist is down 1 inch and my hips are down 4 inches from the date I started SBD ~ I'm in awe of the changes I've seen already!! (I have to add a side note to all the newbies that I do powerwalk for up to 3 miles everyday also which I'm sure has sped up my results :-)

Hi Everyone!
I'm going to the gym and then taking my girls swimming. That's the extent of my day! Here's my menu for today...
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, cottage cheese with blueberries, Diet Dr. Pepper
S: Kraft SBD whole wheat crackers (at the pool)
L: Tuna salad on greens with ranch dressing
S: Apple with pb, V-8
D: Crock pot chicken, salad, asparagus
Dessert: Maybe a fudge bar or FF/SF chocolate pudding
Exercise: 1 hour of power walking on the treadmill; weight training (biceps, abs)

I'm taking a few hours of vacation this afternoon to take care of me - getting a manicure, pedicure, and then doing some shopping. I'm finding that even the clothes I had in my closet from before DS was born, my "I wish I could get into that again" clothes, are getting too big and looking sloppy.
