I gained two pounds about a month ago and no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of it. I know that I do cheat a few times a week, but we are talking about five crackers or something like that. I'm not cheating with a full meal or anything like that. Plus, I was doing this when I was two pounds lighter so it's not like anything has changed. I don't know what to do. I am eating a good Phase II menu and working out five or six times a week and nothing works. I tried extra hard this week and nothing. My scale won't budge.

Here has been my diet this week:

B: soy milk, ww english muffin w/ff cheese, coffee
L: spinach/tomato salad w/spinach, (occasionally sf candies)
S: apple w/LC, pepper or sugar snap peas w/hummus (occasionally popcorn--1 serving, here is where I also occasionally have a few crackers or on Monday a cookie)
D: soy burger w/mushrooms and onions, few dried apricots

I am definitely getting in all of my veggies, and I am also getting in my fruit and grain servings (2-3 grains and 1-2 fruits). I only have one dairy serving but as I have said before I'm lactose intolerant and it's hard to find dairy I can have.

I work out for an hour almost every day.

Where am I screwing up?

V, since the only apparent missing link is Dairy for you, and because it's proven in studies to aid in weight loss (3 dairy servings per day), I would go for that.
