Happy Monday everyone! How was the weekend? Ours was good. My dad came down to visit, so we had a fun Father's Day - went out to brunch, took the kids swimming, went out to dinner. Did pretty well with food, not perfect - but not too bad either.
Today is my kids first day of "Zoo Camp" (a week long, half-day camp at our local zoo) They are SO excited! And my dad is here until tomorrow, so tonight we are having a few people over and BBQing.

breakfast - Kashi Go Lean, milk, banana
snack - string cheese
lunch - turkey sandwhich on ww pita, salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - grilled steak and chicken, lots of grilled veggies
deserr - yogurt w/berries

Hi Everyone!

I was wayyyyyyy off the Beach this weekend, but I'm back and ready to be on track. I actually think I needed the break and I'm happy to be eating right again. I couldn't wait to hit the gym this a.m. either!

B: Kashi granola bar, cheese stick

S: None

L: Chicken ceaser salad, cup of chicken chili, SF/FF iced vanilla latte

S: Apple with pb, V-8

D: Mexican chicken soup, salad with BV dressing, mixed fruit with vanilla yogurt

Dessert: Package of Kraft SBD oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies

Exercise: 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes eliptical, weight training (triceps, chest, abs)

Pretty good. Found out today that Dh will be delayed returning so I'm bummed about that, but still at least he IS returning. After a 5 month deployement I need to just be appreciative that this one was only a month! I also had my hair foiled this morning so that made me feel great ~ I hate roots! Today I've had

B 2 eggs,onions,peppers,ff cheese and 2 pcs bacon
S 15 almonds
L one wasa cracker, chicken salad with onion
S (more almonds OOPS! Only had about 6 though!)
D phase 1 steak kabobs with peanut dipping sauce and asian coleslaw
Dessert ~ 1 SBD cookie

I know I'm having a TON of nut products today and not enough veggies but oh well I'll be better tomorrow. I'll also have a tall glass of milk before bed and I've had water throughout the entire day.
