I didn't see a check in for today so I thought I'd start one. I hope everyone is having a great day! I went to Banana Republic and Harold's today and bought three size *4* skirts. I'm just giddy about that because it doesn't seem flukey since I bought different skirts and from different stores! :-) Of course, I'm still hanging on to 132 lbs. though... Eh, well.
Here's my menu for today...
B: Kashi blueberry waffle with SF syrup, scoop cottage cheese, eggs with cheese
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Tuna salad on greens with ceaser dressing, banana "shake"
S: Cheese and turkey roll-up, V-8, Apple with pb
D: WW burrito with FF refried beans, LF cheese, dab of sour cream and avacado, salad with BV dressing
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate pudding
Exercise: 20 minutes eliptical, weights (biceps, shoulders, abs)

After screwing up three times, I realize now that the "start a discussion" button is for the section below, not the section above. Every time I've started the check-in thread, I've posted in the SBD for Life section. See my check-in below. I'm *usually* not this slow! Argh!
