How has everyone's week been going? Its been busy here - my dad was visiting, he went home yesterday. The kids have had Zoo Camp all week in the morning, so that has kept us busy.
Also been busy planning my first trip away alone with dh since the kids we had kids (7.5 years!) We've moved it up to August instead of January like originally. I am getting really excited - been making reservations and travel plans and such. And yesterday I went shopping to buy some new clothes for it too!
Today:
breakfast - Kashi cereal w/banana and milk
snack - yogurt and SBD oatmeal cookies (someone come and take these things AWAY! I could just sit and eat like 3 boxes! This was the last pack - so now they are gone - won't be buying them again!)
lunch - tuna salad in ww pita, big salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - grilled pork chops, green beans
desert - soy milk shake



It's been a crazy crazy week for me too! I started an accelerated summer class this past weekend (Sat/Sun 9am-2:30pm) and it's kind of kicking my butt! I feel like all I do is study! One good thing though is that I've actually been making my workouts a priority for me. I know that if I workout I'll have more energy for later in the day when I have to study. Anyhow, here is what I have for today:
B: oatmeal w/ 1c. skim milk, banana, raisins
S: none
L: spinach salad, sauteed zuchinni, kidney beans, piece of avocado, 1/4c. egg salad
S: yogurt w/ SF preserves
D: Not sure yet
S: SF ice pop

ps. I haven't lost any weight in a while but b/c of my increased workouts my body has definitly started to change! Hooray!
It's a great day here in WA. The sun is shining and I went birthday shopping this morning for my youngest. She turns 2 on Saturday and I just can't believe it ~ why DO they grow so quickly? My Dh will return from deployment tomorrow (YIPPEE!!) so I'm definitely on the up swing of things now. I plan to lay out in the sun as soon as I get little one down for a nap ~ and then the rest of the day I'm just going to take it easy! Today's menu SO far is going to be
B SBD cereal bar sf ff mocha (was in a hurry on the way to Wal-mart)
S 15 almonds 1 cup milk
L chicken salad v8 grapes
S lc cheese 6 wheat thins 1cup milk
D omelet onions, peppers cheese canadian bacon
dessert SBD peanut butter cup

Hey everyone,
Sorry I have been gone for so long. Long story, but I will probably post it later. This week is going really well so far. Hopefully, will see the scale move, but not sure. Missed everyone and really glad to be back.

Hi Everyone!
I'm so busy these days that I can hardly stand it. I'm working out like crazy-- still stuck at 132 lbs., but have bought three size 4 skirts and two size 6 pants this week so that's a motivator for sure. I went out with girlfriends last night and had a sangria margarita and a few chips-- it was good and worth it. I'm back on today though!
B: Kashi granola bar, cheese stick (on the way out the door)
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Huge chicken ceaser salad
S: Apple with pb, Banana "shake" with soy milk
D: Vegetable omelet, ww toast with Smart Balance, scoop cottage cheese, yogurt
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding
