This week has flown by - I am kind of sad its Friday for my kids, its their last day of Zoo Camp and they are bummed. They had so much fun this week...my ds got to see the vet give a warthog a check-up and my dd got to see an owl get its shots yesterday! Today ds will get to feed the meerkats (sp?)and dd will get to watch the vet give a pregnant zebra a check-up! I wish *I* was going!

But I'm glad its Friday for dh, he's had it at work. He works like 14-16 hr days, with no overtime (he's salary), basically has to do the job of 3 people. Yesterday he had it and walked out saying he quit. He didn't really of course, he went back a few hours later (this was at like 4pm, he had been there since 5am and they hadn't let him take a lunch yet!) So he went and ate, cooled down and went back. But of course they will be docking him 30min pay for the lunch break he took (even though he STILL worked a 15 hr day yesterday, his salary is for an 8hr day, and they are going to dock him! That CAN'T be even legal?)

So everyone really needs this weekend to relax after this week!

Breakfast - kashi cereal, banana, milk
snack - string cheese
lunch - Gardenburger in ww pita, bean salad, cauliflower
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner ?maybe out?
snack - yogurt w/berries

Good Friday to everyone! My Dh comes home today (YEAH!!!!!!!!!) The scale was tricking me this morning. I first got on and it showed I was a 1lb lighter then it flipped up to 112 real quick and that was it ~ oh well maybe tomorrow!

(I really have NO idea on these since Dh will be home. I need to go to the grocery store but I will stay on "the beach" for the rest of the day :-)

Hi All-
Glad this week is over. I have been a little bummed out this week. I want to loose weight faster! A pound a week or nothing sucks. I have so much weight to loose I would think it would drop off faster. I have a journal from my dieting last year around this time and at this point I was already down 23 poounds (in 10 weeks). Also, I have been having major problems with ummmmmmmmmmmmm constiptation. It really surprises me because of all the water & veggies I eat. Guess I am just getting older and things are slowing down (in more weighs than one :) Anyhow, I am still sticking to the plan and here is what I am eating today:

B- steel cut oats, milk, coffee
S -cantelope & cheese stick
L - ceasar salad w/ salmon
S - yogurt & v8
D - SBD pizza - veggies w/ hummus
S - probably nothing - we are going to a concert tonight - Brooks & Dunn

Hi MichaelAnn & Ladies:

Had a very busy three days starting on wed my (bh)up until today.Gain 1 lb,but I'm sure it will be gone by new WED W-I.

MichaelAnn: sorry to hear the you & your family had a tough week. Your right!! take this weekend and use it to rest & relax.

My menu are:

B-lemon smoothie
S-grape tomaotes
L-Balsamic Tomator-Mozz. salad(sb p134)
S-s/f jello
D-scallops with butternut squash with stringbeans & cauiflower
Dessert-1 c yogurt
