Hello! I have done the Beach in the past, and always had trouble with Phase 2. I thought that I needed to go back to Phase 1 for the whole 2 weeks, but have done it for 2 days again and feel good enough to move into Phase 2. Should I maybe count calories in Phase 2 to help with the weight loss? I have about 20 lbs left (20 gone already). I would appreciate any help you might be able to give me. I did not do well in Phase 2 in the past. Weight came off at first and then stopped. Any suggetsions? Thanks!

Hi Jen,
There's no need to stay in phase 1 for the full two weeks.
