Just wondering if i could get some advice about my normal daily menu. I have been on South Beach for awhile, I am at a weight that I am happy at, I exercise normally and really enjoy the South Beach diet but for some reason I always have the bloated heavy feeling in my stomache and I always find myself hungry right before i go to bed. This is what my normal day looks like for meals:
Breakfast:
egg beaters
Wasa cracker with turkey lunch meat
1 piece of fat free cheese
and a sugar free jello

Lunch:
A big salad with FF dressing and bacon chips
Wasa cracker with hummus
Diet Pepsi
Sugar free pudding with low fat cool whip

Dinner:
Chicken, fish, turkey or ham
frozen vegetables
or a small salad
I do use barbeque sauce or ketchup
Diet pepsi
sugar free jello or pudding with cool whip

If I get hungry again I will have a small salad or cut up veggies. I really like the light cool whip frozen so that might be my downfall, I will just take a spoonful here and there.
I don't snack at all during the day because I am at work, but at home I just want to keep munching on something. And I LOVE my diet pepsi!

Please let me know if you have any suggestions to get rid of the bloated, heavy feeling that I swear makes my clothes feel tighter.
Thank-you!

I can't say for sure, but it may be the diet Pepsi you love that is causing you to feel that way. Also, I didn't notice any dairy in your menu at all. You should be having 2 servings a day, if not 3 by this stage of P2. Are you drinking water throughout the day? If not, you may not be getting enough fluids. Just some thoughts.

Hi & welcome!

I have a few suggestions.

It doesn't look like you've overcome your sugar cravings.
