Major Cheats... :-(

Ok, since Graduation (my first taste at sweets, and cheats.)
I've been on cheat streak.
Only I've been losing. So i thought well a few cheats here and there are ok!
Well once you cheat, you cheat more and more, and you lose control. UGGG
so here i am, totally craving the bads, and off my wagon. and I gained 3lbs. this week.

Back to Phase 1 I'm thinking.
I love my fruits and starches, but UgGG, i cant seem to get past wanting WHITE bread, or pretzels, or a sneek of DS's pizza.
What do you all think?
I know its not emotional, or psychological cravings. I want to eat that foods, cause yum it tasted so good yesterday when i cheated it! :-)
Again... should i just be Strict Phase 2, or give a few days on PHASE 1 to get back on the wagon correctly???
I also posted this, to make myself feel better. these 3 lbs i gained have been haunting me and making me feel so guilty and depressed after all this hard work of losing, so Confronting my issue Post wise, is helpful!

I still feel that you should stick with "good" Phase 2, and keep working on ways to beat your desire for the "cheats".
