Hi Everyone!
I'm going to be super, extra SB diligent this week. I've been allowing too many "treats" lately, but I'm determined to kick through this stall. So if anyone sees anything that needs improvement, please let me know. Any feedback is really appreciated!
B: 1 slice ww toast, dab of Smart Balance, 4 oz. apple flavored yogurt, 1/4 cup cottage cheese with blueberries, coffee with Cappucino soy milk
S: None
L: Out with the kids and a playdate, so most likely a salad and 2 TBS ranch dressing
S: Red bell pepper and hummus, V-8
D: Cathy's Carribean Coconut Chicken with 1 serving brown rice, asparagus, mango slices
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding
No exercise today.
I'm trying to tone down the cheese servings and the pb servings to see if that helps at all. Does anyone see anything else I could approve upon? Thanks!
I hope you all have a great day!!!
Kim

I was very bad this weekend - so bad, in fact that I won't even share with you the things which I indulged in this weekend. Regrets. But I'm going to shape up on Phase 2 this week and if I don't see an improvement on the scale on Monday, I'll go back to Phase 1 for a few days -- I've gained 2 lbs since starting Phase 2, and 1/2 lb of that over the weekend.
B - Scrambled egg beaters with bell peppers and onions, Veggie Sausage patty, 4 oz skim milk, steamed skim milk with espresso & S.F. Syrup.
S - Apple & Peanut Butter
L - Salad with egg, onion and Feta and R.W. Vinegar & Olive Oil, Tuna Salad on 1 slice W.W. Bread, Diet Cherry Coke
S - Light & Fit Fiber Strawberry Yogurt, After work there is a going away party, and I will be having 1 Miller Light, my first beer in 3 weeks! It is my boss that is leaving...
D - Grilled Salmon, Green Beans, Salad, 8 oz Skim Milk
Water throughout the day, of course. If my weight gain is being caused by factors other than my BAD weekend, I'd love the feedback.

Kim - do you think you should try to nonfat plain yogurt and jazzing it up yourself? It's not as handy, but it's supposed to be the healthier way to go. I know, I'm being picky, but as close as you are to goal, I imagine you're going to have to be especially diligent. And I feel for you on the PB. In my mind, a day without pb is a very sad day :< Good luck to you! I know you're working really hard to hit your number!
I have finally gotten rid of that mysterious 4.5 lb gain I had last week. I don't know what that was about, but it was gone this morning. Came down a little each day until I was finally at 210 again today. Here's today's plan . . .
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - celery with lite cream cheese, 1 tbsp natural pb
L - large salad with lots of veggies plus black-eyed peas, eggs, sunflower seeds, BV
S - 7 triscuits w/lf cream cheese
D - grilled chicken breasts, brown rice, roasted broccoli, salad
D - SF FF chocolate pudding with lite whipped cream
Have a great day!

Thank you, Lora! You're so good about offering support and I really do appreciate it!
Okay, the problem is that I just can't stomach plain yogurt, no matter how jazzed up it is. I just can't handle the "splenda" taste and I don't even like pb in it (thankfully, huh?). I've tried extracts, DaVinci syrup, fruit, SF/FF pudding mix... I just can't do it. I know plain yogurt is better than flavored, but ugh!
Girl, I'm suffering without my pb! It truly is my downfall, I'm afraid. Even though I really try and stay within the 2 TBS daily allowance, I really think it's my diet buster. I can't tell you how sad that makes me!
I'm glad to see you lost what you had mysteriously gained. That's good news! I hate those strange and unexplainable gains.
Thanks again for your input. I really do appreciate the feedback so much!!!

Aw, thanks Maryann! I'm really trying to add more vegetables wherever I can. I think you're right that it will help. I swear sometimes I think I'm going to turn into a red bell pepper though-- I eat sooooooo many of them.
Thanks again for your input! Stay cool! It's supposed to be 100 degrees here in Dallas today! Ugh!

Hey, Andrea, can you get a hold of those little Ghiradelli squares of chocolate? One square is .375 ounces, and you can buy them individually or in a big bag. I allow myself one a week from the little coffee shop downstairs. Since I'm not buying them by the bag, I don't have the nutrition info, and I can't find it on their website, but because I can buy them individually, I don't overdo it. I prefer dark chocolate over milk chocolate, so it was great news to me that this was the best choice when you just have to have some chocolate.
