Hi Everyone!

I'm going to be super, extra SB diligent this week. I've been allowing too many "treats" lately, but I'm determined to kick through this stall. So if anyone sees anything that needs improvement, please let me know. Any feedback is really appreciated!

B: 1 slice ww toast, dab of Smart Balance, 4 oz. apple flavored yogurt, 1/4 cup cottage cheese with blueberries, coffee with Cappucino soy milk

S: None

L: Out with the kids and a playdate, so most likely a salad and 2 TBS ranch dressing

S: Red bell pepper and hummus, V-8

D: Cathy's Carribean Coconut Chicken with 1 serving brown rice, asparagus, mango slices

Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding

No exercise today.

I'm trying to tone down the cheese servings and the pb servings to see if that helps at all. Does anyone see anything else I could approve upon? Thanks!

Thanks for the idea Lora. I have seen the Ghiradelli chocolate squares by the bag- just did not realize they had a bag of dark chocolate (I have had the milk choc & choc mint). I try to limit myself to one square, but when I know the whole bar is there opened sometimes temptation gets the best of me!

Doing well. Had a great weekend and the kids and I actually slept in this morning (9AM!) so I woke up hungry (and behind haha)

B 1 SBD cereal bar 2 pcs bacon
S 15 almonds 1 cup milk 1 string cheese
L chicken salad on 1 wasa cracker 1 cup milk
S sunflower seeds
D 1 steak kabob (onions, green and red pepper, with steak) and green beans
S tea and so far nothing else

I do HORRIBLE with the veggie intake today. Waking up late really just messed me up. I'm off to go make some baked egg and bacon cups for Dh to grab in the AM on his way out to work. Hope everyone had a great day!

good morning - I'm a day late but a pound short!

i didn't weigh yesterday because its my off week for boot camp and my cycle week and i tennd to hold water so i got on the scale this am hoping to be the same or only up a pund or so which would likely be water - and I was down a pound. I have been being a little stricter with my SB so I am pleased. I'll be honest - i cheat on occasion, but I do it because if I totally deprive myself i'll be miserable and who needs that!!!

Now I am back at my plateau weight of 173 - I feel like if I can break through 170 I will drop the rest - hence my return to following SB more closely...we shall see.

here is my menu for today...

Breakfast - bowl of Kashi go lean with 3 huge strawberries and 6 oz 1% milk (Question - any tips for someone who hates tomato/V8 juice? I can sort of tolerate mr & mrs t's with a lot of lime and vodka....lol)
snack - pear and laughing cow
lunch - 3oz tuna with mayo, boiled egg and mustard, 10 cherrie tomatoes, whole cucumber with hoome made veggie dip (one tbl spon sour cream with tupperware veggie seasoning mix)& 5 triscuits and some yogurt (this i may actually switch with the nuts)
snack - small bag of mixed nuts (i buy the raw nuts separately - pecan/almonds/walnuts/peanuts/soy nuts - and mix them in a huge plastic bottle to have on hand)
dinner - don't know yet.....wait DH just called, okay we are having cabbage and roast beef so he and the kids will have rice, and i'll have a salad
