Brands of crackers?

I looked at the label for the SBD crackers and wow.... there is a lot of sugar and not so much fiber. I picked up another random box to compare and it had less sugar, much more fiber, and less carbs. So I bought it. I think it was Stoneground something or other. Then I noticed I had a box of Kashi TLC's in the house. That looked pretty good too.

So my question is... can you give me a few brands of legal crackers for phase 2 to enjoy with some soup? I make the squash soup recipe that someone once posted here... it is awesome!

Thanks-

I use the triscuit crackers - they have no transfats and have whole wheat flour - 0 sugars, and 3 grams of fiber.

The CL's can help with the brands you mentioned, but the key is to have at least 3 grams of fiber, no transfats & whole wheat flour.

I live in Brooklyn and haven't really seen many of the new SBD products here, but from what I've been reading about them - that's OK with me.

Hi,

The Kashi TLC crackers are made with refined flour.

This is another cracker that the nutritionist from the official website suggests.

Can we have spelt crackers? I assumed so. I found some at my local healthfood store.

Your spelt crackers are made of whole ingredients.
