It's my birthday today so I am using the little celebration icon!
Anyhow, I reported a couple weeks ago that I gained two pounds and was up to 127. Well, I am back down to 126 today and hopefully I'll be back to 125 soon. I have been eating very well with good Phase II food and haven't been cheating/treating with the exception of this past weekend when I ended up drinking too much (felt horrible the next day!). I realize that all the social events I have been going to lately have driven up my weight and I see them all as excuses to treat, which I need to learn not to do when they happen every weekend! I also think I may have put on more muscle because my clothes aren't fitting any differently.
I am going to purposefully treat myself to a calzone for lunch today because it's something I love and never have, but I'm having a Phase I breakfast and Phase II dinner so I think it should be fine.
