Hi, I have been on the south beach diet for awhile now and I have only lost like 11 lbs. I am only 5 feet tall and I need to lose more. I do aerobics 2-3 times a week. How much is normal during phase one? How do you keep losing?

I am not a CL but I can guess what they will say . . . you need to move on to Phase II. The reason you have stalled is that you have never moved on to Phase II, which is the weight loss phase. I stayed on Phase I too long and stalled too and then when I moved on to Phase II I lost weight. I know it sounds scary to add those foods back into your diet, but they are very good for you and they will aid in your weight loss. Also . . . the Dannon Low Carb is not recommended due to its saturated fat content. It's better to have plain or artificially sweetened.
