Happy Friday! Everyone looking forward to the long weekend? I have mixed feelings about it since my MIL is coming to visit. But I am happy dh will have a 3 day weekend and the kids are getting excited about the fireworks on the 4th. Focus on the positives, right?

Today:
breakfast - Kashi waffle, Morning Star Farms sausage patty
snack - soy milk shake
lunch - turkey sandwhich on ww pita, zucchini
snack - apple w/peanut butter
dinner - grilled tilapia, roasted brussel sprouts, brown rice
desert - yogurt w/berries

Way to look at the positives, MichaelAnn! How long will your MIL be in town?

My grandmother passed away so I'm heading out of town this afternoon. It's so sad-- she was 88 years old and in such great shape, physically and mentally, so it was really a shock to everyone.

I'll be back tomorrow afternoon and am looking forward to spending time with my girls and DH for the long weekend.

I weighed this morning and, even though TOM is lurking, I was back down to 132 lbs. If I could just bust through that number, I'd be so happy! Well, actually, I am happy about being 132 lbs.-- even though it seems to be my new "set point", it's still my lowest weight in years. When I was trying to find a dress in my closet to wear to my grandma's funeral, it was a struggle because everything I used to wear for work that would be suitable for a memorial service was huge on me.

Okay, on to my menu...

B: Vegetable omelet (portobello mushrooms, orange bell peppers, roma tomatoes), ww toast with Smart Balance, coffee with Cappucino soy milk

S: Banana "shake", broccoli with hummus

L: 3 bean chili with shredded LF cheese, zucchini

S: On the road, I'm going to take some Kraft SBD crackers, an apple and yogurt

D: No idea, but I'll stay on the Beach.

No exercise today.

Have a great time even if your M-I-L is coming.I liked my mine,never interfered with any of our problems or anything. BUT my DD M-I-L is the worst woman on earth. Yikes!!

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I'm sending some ] your way.

Well I didn't do to good on the scale on yesterday W-I STALLED again,have no idea what happening.Have to watch the labels again.

My menu today:

B-French toasts/f syrup and 1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=v8
L=turkey sasuage with sauteed onions,peppers & tomato sauce
S= l/f 1 c yogurt
D= swordfish with14 c ea brown & wild rice combo,kale & carrots
Dessert=s/f jello with a cherry inside.

Sorry about your Grandmother, Kim. Good luck with the MIL MichaelAnn. You'll have to let us know how your weekend went on Tuesday!

No big plans for me this weekend. Going to the pool once, if not twice. It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend here! I may get my hammock out and do some relaxing!

Good afternoon! I'm leaving here shortly for my pedicure appt. I have to take care of that before we leave on our trip tomorrow. We're heading out at 7am! Today I'm finishing up all the last minute stuff ~ dropping off keys with friend, Wal-mart etc ~ I should be worn out by this evening! I still plan to walk my 2 miles for the day though :-)

B SBD cereal bar and sf/ff mocha (on the way to Wal-mart ~ I hate being in a hurry!!)
S 15 almonds
L SBD spinach, tomato and chicken pizza on whole wheat crust
S 15 grapes/string cheese
D BIG salad with some sort of meat included

I think that will do it for the day. I've loaded up on nuts,v-8, water and cheese for the trip in the car. I also bought 3 SBD wraps (hope they are good) for my lunch those 3 days on the road. I really don't look forward to eating "bad" foods so much anymore so I plan to remain completely on the beach during our vacation ~ and I hope Dh can stick it out also. I know phase 1 is a KILLER :-)

Happy Friday everyone! We don't have a darned thing planned for this weekend, and that's exactly how I like it! We run so much with the kids, that a weekend with no birthday parties or other commitments is rare.

I haven't been off plan today, but I haven't eaten enough. My day is out of whack because I'm out of FF plain yogurt at home, and if I don't get in my normal breakfast, I don't get in my dairy or fruit. Here's the plan.

B - none
S - 7 lf Triscuits w/pb
L - big salad with romaine, chopped egg, peppers, peas, chicken, BV
S - none
D - WW pita w/hummus, green beans, salad, skim milk
S - strawberries w/ whipped cream
