Triscuts question

For me, getting in the 2-3 grains per day is a challange so I thought that a grain for a snack would be a good idea. I bought a box of triscuits but wasn't 100% sure they were legal. I *think* they are but wanted "expert" advice. I've read other posts about having ww triscuits but not sure if mine are the same since my box just says original.
Ingredients: whole wheat, soybean oil, salt, monoglycerides.
Serving size: 6 crackers (28g)
T. Fat: 4.5g
Sat fat: 0.5g
Trans fat: 0g
Carbs: 19g
Fibers: 3g
Sugars 0g
Protein 3g
1 serving (6 crackers) is 28g so it would count as 1 grain towards the 3 for teh day right? I'm thinking they are ok since they meet guidlines for fats, sugars, fiber, protein. Am I right? LOL or do I not know as much as I think I do ;)

The two triscuit varieties that meet the guidelines are:
TRISCUIT Reduced Fat
TRISCUIT Thin Crisps - Original
TY! At least I know I'm on the right track!

Hi Karen,
Don't the regular (original) triscuits and several other varieties also meet the guidelines? I'm looking at a box of the Original and the total fat is 4.5 g (and that may be why they fail, eh?) with:
0.5 g sat fat
2.5 g polyunsat fat
1 g monounsat fat
Fiber is also 3 g for that serving size, sugars 0 g.
Thanks!
Coffee
Maybe the original are ok too. It is a little confusing because when you look at the nutritional information about all the triscuit varieties on their website, each variety has a different serving size!
Here is a link to a thread where this was discussed in detail. Take a look and let us know what you think.

It looks like all the varieties are "OK" for SBD. Some varieties are better than others, but they are all OK.
Karen linked to a post from Maggie from February commenting on it... here it is again:
