Questions about some products in Phase 2

Well today is my first day of Phase 2, I have some questions about a few things though so here goes. When it comes to pitas, I can't find Thomas Sahara in my area what I was able to find was a brand called Toufayan, heres the info: Per pita- 140 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g S Fat, 0 Cholestrol, 130mg Sodium, T Carbs 31g, 3g Fiber, 1g Sugar, 6g Protein, and the ingredients are stone ground whole wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, malted barley flour, calcium propionate (added to retard spoilage). Are these o.k.? Also do they last longer if you put them in the Refridgerator, and can you freeze them? O.k. next question what kind of popcorns are the Air Popped I couldn't find any, do you have any names and what can be put on for flavoring? Next are whole wheat or whole grain pastry flour the same thing as whole wheat and whole grain flour or are these totallly different flours? Last but not least sorry so many questions, I don't like the flavor of the plain fat free yogurt so I seen the page of all the things you can do to make it taste better. If I have a 8oz cup for a snack, and add 2-3tsp of splenda, and a tsp or so of jello pudding mix or Jello mix do I add that to my sweet treat use for the day and if so how? I so thankful to have found this diet I've never ate this much since I was a kid, and I'm also thankful for finding this board and all you helpful ladies I don't know what I would do without you.

Thanks Much,
Akarott

Ok I looked up the weight and it says that it is 56 grams per 1 pita, so I need to find something differnet because these only have 3g fiber for being 2 sb servings, and since I'm just starting on phase 2 I only want to do the one a day for a week or so at least. So I will have to look harder for Thomas Saharah pitas. 1ounce/30grams with 6 grams of fiber right? And also with that sweet treat thing so it is ok if I choose not to count it you said. Also I thought up some more questions. Now the Kraft South Beach cookies peanut Butter, and Oatmeal cholate chip, would this be counted as a sweet treat or a startch for the day, and also what about the South beach Cereal Bars what would they be counted as a starch, I just over think things and then I get myself all confused so I'm just trying to get everyting straight. I want to make sure I know what is what being I'm only doing the one carb at a time for awhile. ( I meant with the sweet treat the adding the little Jello mix to the yogurt sorry I just wanted to make sure I didn't confuse you.)

Thanks,
Akarott

Another great brand of pita is Kangaroo. I personally think they are better than Thomas (higher fiber per serving and no high fructose corn syrup) I get them at my Super WalMart in front of the service deli. (right next to the Flat Out Flatbread actually!)

Thanks, actually I just found the Kangaroo website. I was looking at these and thought these might be ok, so thanks for the tip, if you buy the 4"Mini pitas whole Wheat which is 30 grams, would it also be ok, to buy the 6" pitas Whole Wheat there 35grams would they still count as 1 serving? I hope I can find these. I'm having such a hard time. Well thanks for the info.
