HEY LADIES GREAT JOB!!!!! Couldn't be happier with myself with my progress and you all help me keep going.

total SBD pounds =15
before on a low cal diet for 4 weeks lost 8 pounds total 23 down from 201 starting
I have 5 more to lose to get 1/2 way to my goal and 33 more to go to my goal
I am healthy I exercise and I stay positive :-) Have a great day and remember the choices you make are yours and yours alone. No on makes you eat the yucky stuff, your body doesn't need it to make it through the day. Your are a goddess treat your body like one and feed it the good for it food, be proud of yourself. (I tell myself this everyday)
