Are these ok for a little cheat now and then? What do you do for pretzels?

Happy Herbert's Honey Wheat Pretzels
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, honey, whole wheat flour, yeast, barley malt, soybean oil, salt, sodium bicarbonate

Cal 110
Total Fat .5g
Total Carb 24g
Dietary Fiber 1g
Sugars 3g
Protein 2g

I know the first ingredient is not the best, but I'm looking for a p2 pretzel that I can buy at Whole Foods or something. I'm below my goal weight already, so I thought I'd go for 5 more, but wanted to add a few treats back into my life.

Thanks- S

Ugh- can't spell.... sorry about title. and here is the link:

Fran, your pretzel has been approved as a snack by the official SBD site!

Thanks Maggie - I've really missed pretzels - and I even count them out!

Ok- the ones from Trader Joe's are not good... here are the ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour, malt, salt, organic soybean oil, yeast.

They are called Trader Joe's Organic Mini Pretzels. Oh well.. I will see if I can find the other ones.
