Pudding???

I remember reading it somewhere but know I can't find the link or post. If you have pudding like the new Kraft SF pudding premade and it has 60 calories what do you count for sweet treats and what to dairy? Also if you make pudding how do you split sweet treats and dairy, and I can't figure it out but I like to add pudding mix to my FF plain yogurt 1tsp-1Tbs per 8oz cup, I know to count that as one of my dairy servings per day, but I can't figure out how to calculate the calories, never been good at math. If you have a 35 calories a serving as mix I can't figure out is that like 15 calories for a 1 tsp, and 35cal for a 1 TBS. I looked on the box and I just don't know.
Thanks,
Akarott

Hi Akarott,
Okay, bare with me here. I'm not that great at explaining math related stuff LOL!
But I think the pudding she is talking about is the new pre-packaged Jell-O Sugar-Free made with skim milk? We had a couple discussions about it before and the general agreement was it sounded fine:

The reason is has more cal is its already got the milk in it. The 35 cal in packaged pudding is just the MIX. On my box it says it has 35 cal in the mix - then "as prepared w/fat-free milk" it will have 80 cal per serving. The nutritionalists don't make us count the 50 calories from the milk we add toward our sweet treats, just the mix. So I don't know how exactly you would do it with the premade.

I can't get the picture up here but here is the info for the 6 premade servings from kraft. And below is the infomation for the homemade pudding were I was asking how I would figure out how to figure out the calories in just the mix per tsp & TBP when I add it to yogurt. Sorry I coudn't get the pictures up.

The homemade is the best choice, made with nonfat milk.
