Hi Everyone! How's everyone doing today? Here's what I have planned...
B: Scrambled eggs, 1 slice ww toast with Smart Balance, coffee with a dash of Cappucino soy milk
S: None
L: Leftover pastaless vegetable lasagne, salad with BV dressing, 4 oz. Light and Fit w/Fiber apple yogurt
S: Chocolate banana soy shake, red and yellow bell pepper with hummus, peach slices
D: Carribean coconut chicken, brown rice, sauteed spinach,
Dessert: Cappucino custard
Exercise: Cardio kickboxing class

Good morning! I'm having a tough time today trying to figure out how to get my exercise in. My kids have swimming lessons now at 10am...so I either have to get it done, showered and dressed BEFORE that, or wait til later. Yesterday I tried waiting, and then couldn't get myself to do it. Today I tried getting up an hour earlier to do it, but I've found I am just not the type who can exercise first thing in the morning. I used to do it around 8:30, which was perfect. Oh well - I am off to try and do it now while the kids are still sleeping (not sure how long that will last though!)
breakfast - Kashi Go Lean, milk, banana
snack - cashews (at the pool)
lunch - leftover pork, brussel sprouts
snack - apple w/peanut butter
dinner - grilled tilapia, green beans, brown rice
snack - popcorn

Good morning everyone! I am having a GREAT day! Can you believe I was down another pound this morning? Every morning before I step on the scale, I mentally prepare myself for a 2 pound gain. My weight was flipping back and forth so much before, that I didn't want to get my hopes up for a loss, or set myself up for disappointment. So, this morning before I step on I'm telling myself to be happy with 210, and it's 207! I really was beginning to wonder if I 212 was my ideal weight! :> I think my long stall at the beginning must have something to do with being on Atkins so long, and I was just continuing that stall. Whatever it is, I am just bubbly with excitement that I'm finally losing! I was doing the happy dance this morning - in my underwear since that's how I weigh (not a pretty sight!)
Here's my plan for today:
B - fruit smoothie (after downing my metamucil)
S - 7 RF Triscuits w/lite sundried tomato cream cheese
L - going out - some sort of big salad w/grilled chicken or fish
S - 7 dried apricots
D - grilled chicken, leftover spaghetti squash casserole, roasted broccoli, salad
S - FF SF pudding w/whipped cream
I made the spaghetti squash casserole from the recipes section last night, and it was delicious. Spaghetti squash layered with spaghetti sauce, parmesan and mozzarella, then baked. DH even said he liked it better than regular spaghetti (which isn't saying much since he hates spaghetti).

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Wednesday. Well today is my second day on Phase 2. So far everything is going really good. Hope you all have a great day!
BREAKFAST: 2 turkey bacon strips, 1 hb egg, 1 c soymilk
SNACK: 1 c yogurt
LUNCH: fish, ceasar salad, 2 TBS hummous
SNACK: 1 slice ww bread, 1 piece lf swiss, 1 cucomber
DINNER: tuna salad with small apple
(Water)
SWEET TREAT: 1/4 c soynuts, 1 c soymilk
30 minutes on treadmill

Hi everyone! I'm doing much better sticking to the program and not straying from the Phase 2 menu options. DH leaves town tonight, so the complexities of making food he likes and I like will be gone for 3 days!
B - Kashi Go Lean Waffle, SF Syrup, Veggie Sausage Patty, 4 oz skim, NF/SF Mocha
S - Watermelon, String Cheese
L - Salad w/RWV, Tuna Salad
S - Cottage Cheese
D - Salmon, Green Beans
Dessert - NSA Ice Cream Bar
Exercise - 30 minute walk during lunch, and maybe another later with my dog!

D: roasted eggplant stuffed with beef

I know, not enough dairy and little light on the veggies - I'll see what I can do! ;>)

Good morning...this is day three of phase two...
Breakfast: two veggie patties and a fruit smoothie (I was really hungry this morning, lol)
Snack: none...i ate breakfast later than usual
Lunch: A half sandwhich of ham, turkey, FF cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion
Snack: 1 ounce of mixed nuts
Dinner: Chicken breast and some kind of salad
Desert: FF/Sf pudding cup

We do have very similar stats. Today is my day 3 of phase 2. I went to the gym last night and showed a 1 lb gain :(. I'm hoping it was water weight. Good luck and looking forward to seeing how we do as weeks go by. Take care :)
