Hello, Well I'm on my third day on Phase 2, and I'm going the route of introducing one thing one week, so this week it's been starches. Can you check out my menu and tell me how you think I'm doing.
Breakfast:
2 1/2 Eggs (Egg Beaters) with onions, and 1tsp Trans free Margarine (srambled)
1 Slice Ham
Tomato Juice
Water
6oz glass Milk
1C regular coffee with splenda
Snack: Cheese Stick & Water
Lunch:
1 Tumaro's Multigrain Tortilla with Turkey, and a spinkle of cheese
Salad with Onions, and a spinkle of Cheddar Cheese, and 2Tbs Ranch Dressing
Fruit20 Water.
Snack: 1c Plain FF yogurt with a 2tsp Splenda. and 1 tsp Chocolate Pudding mix, and 15 nuts (water)
Dinner: (I think)
Mini Turkey Roll up with 1/2 slice Provolone Cheese
Salad with onions, a sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese, and 2 Tbs Ranch Dressing
1/2c cottage cheese
5 olives
Fruit20 Water
Snack: Either Jello,sf pudding, or sf fudgesicle
and then I have a few cups of decafe coffee with splenda and some Diet Sprite

It appears that you're getting your 2-3 servings of Dairy and probably 4.5 cups veggie minimum per day, right?
