I am starting over again on SBD - because I know it works! - My question is what brand of no sugar added chocolate powder is SBD friendly. Also looking for suggestions to incorporated beans into my daily vegetables.

Thanks as always for your help!

Jackie,

The cocoa powder is found in the baking section of your grocery store. There are usually a couple of brands to choose from. The one I buy is Hershey - in a brown container with silver lettering - just like the candy bar.

For adding beans to your diet you can add them to any green salad, dip sliced raw veggies in home-made or store bought hummus, make chili. In the recipe section I posted a recipe a few days ago for Mexican beans - it's a great side dish.

Jackie, make sure that your can of cocoa powder says "unsweetened".
