Is my P2 menu ok?

Hi all...just wanting to make sure I got everything down okay and I'm not overdoing it. Please let me know if I need to make any changes. Today is my 4th day in P2 and I gained 1 pound which I've been hearing is normal. I am slowly introducing my carbs back. I decided on having 1 serving of bread a day and no fruits for the first week and slowly increasing it every week. Thanks for your help...you all are wonderful!
BREAKFAST: 2 turkey bacon strips,1 hb egg, 1 1/2 c soymilk
SNACK: 1 c nf cottage cheese, 1 cucumber
LUNCH: tuna salad (2 oz canned tuna in water with celery and 1 TBS mayo), 2 cups lettuce
SNACK: 1 slice ww bread, 2 pieces canadien bacon (lowfat), tomato
DINNER: grilled eggplant w/tomato and lowfat swiss cheese, grilled asparagus, and big salad
(Water)I drink 64 oz water per day
SWEET TREAT: 1/4 c edamami, 1 1/2 c soymilk
More (Water)

Your menu looks great - you have enough veggies and dairy, not overdoing anything that I can see and it looks like you are eating enough! Keep up the good work and check back in with us often!
