Good morning everyone! I'm about to check-out of here until July 18. We're staying in cabins in a state park for the next week - our annual family get together. There are 6 children in my family (my siblings, not my children), and once a year for the last 16 years we've all gone on a vacation for a week once a year together with our families. That starts tomorrow. This afternoon I'm going on a field trip with my DD's kindy class to a water park. The teachers are not aloud to wear bikinis, and they told me that neither of them owns anything but bikinis, so they aren't getting in the water, because they don't want to buy a swimsuit just for this. I was just about sick to my stomache. :> You don't own a one piece swimsuit? I've never owned anything but a one piece swimsuit, and for the last several years, it's had shorts on the bottom!
Here's today:
B - fruit smoothie, rf triscuists w/lite veggie spread
S - 7 dried apricots, 1 tbsp pb
L - bowl of chili
S - none
D - grilled steak, roasted brocolli, and whatever veggies are in the fridge that need to be eaten before we leave tomorrow
S - sbd pb cup

Have a great vacation, Lora! Nothing exciting this weekend for me to report. Hopefully some swimming pool time, but we'll see.
My big news is that I finally lost the 2 lbs. I gained at the onset of Phase 2, plus another!! So I'm back on the weight loss path, I'm very happy to say! 4 lbs from goal!
B - Scrambled egg beaters w/ R&G peppers & onion, Morningstar Farms Sausage Patty, 4 oz skim milk, NF/SF Mocha
S - Watermelon, String Cheese
L - Salad w/RW Vinagrette, Salmon Patty
S - Cottage Cheese
D - I dunno! Maybe another Salmon Patty -- got tons of them leftover! Maybe I'll grill some veggies, or have a big salad with it. Or both!
D - String Cheese, 8 oz. Skim Milk

Lora, have a great time with your family!
I went shopping today and was supposed to meet a friend for lunch. She had to bail on me, so I didn't eat (too much shopping to do!) and I seriously thought I was going to faint! Pre-SBD, I could easily skip meals, but not now! I was shaking and dizzy and even though I've eaten now, I still have a horrible headache. Weird how much my body depends on food like that now!
Here's my day...
B: Eggs with cheese, 1 slice ww toast with a dab of Smart Balance, coffee with Cappucino soy milk
S: None
L: None
S: 1/2 ww pita with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato; apple with pb, milk
S: Grapes, V-8
D: Salmon patties with curry sauce, salad with BV dressing, white asparagus
I'm off to visit my best friend and her newborn baby tomorrow. I'll be back on Sunday. You guys have a great weekend!!!
